LLB Remember CollectionOn Friday 8th November, from 11am – 1pm Laurence Llewelyn Bowen will be making a star appearance at House of Fraser, Manchester! The focus of the day will be the ‘Remember Collection’, with special offers on the range and Laurence happy to sign anything that is purchased from the House of Fraser Arthur Price department on the day.

For the donated design, Llewelyn-Bowen took a lead from his print-making hero William Morris before adding his own style of drawing and love of bold colour to create a pattern for use on six items – a tote bag, two sizes of umbrella, an i-Pad cover, notebook and mug.

Remember Collection MugHe says: “My decision to give the Remember design to the woman’s section of the Royal British Legion came about because I’ve been so impressed by the important, and often-underappreciated, work they do on behalf of service families.” He added:  “My hope is that the Remember pattern will appeal to buyers of all ages and give each of them an easy-to-recognise way of showing that they also want to support our Armed Forces community, including the injured, widows and children.”

The Remember line is already on sale on the Arthur Price website, at prices ranging from £6.95 to £29.

Speaking as the charity’s patron and vice-president, Sara, the Right Honourable Countess of Bathurst, said:  'It has been such a tremendous lift to The Women's Section having Laurence become involved, not only as a supporter, but by donating the wonderful 'Remember' design to us in perpetuity.  The royalties from his stunning rendition of the famous poppy will be an enormous help as we continue, in these modern times of conflict, to support the day-to-day needs of the wives and families of our serving and former soldiers.
