The President’s Award Scheme (PAS) offers two separate bursaries for eligible beneficiaries: Educational Scholarships and Educational Grants.
Educational scholarships of up to £1500 are available to dependants of Serving and ex-Service personnel. Dependant children applying for this scholarship must be under the age of 21. Funding can only be considered for a first degree. No funding can be considered for Post-Graduate studies.
Up to £1,500 may be awarded to beneficiaries and should be used towards the cost of course fees, books, travel/living costs, or any other specific need relating to the course.

Educational grants of up to £500 are offered to ex-Service personnel, dependants and spouses/partners wishing to complete educational courses or re-training schemes.
If you are in the process of re-training for a new career, this scheme will also consider issuing a small grant towards the course costs as well as costs for text books and travel costs.
