    The Financial Ombudsman Service is set up by Parliament.  They are the official experts in advising on out money matters.  Each year millions of people contact them asking for assistance with their bank accounts, credit cards, insurance, loans and debt issues and much more.  They will look into issues and give an unbiased answer.  If anyone has been treated unfairly, they have the legal power to put things right.  It does not cost anything to ask for help and advice and there is no charge for their advice
